When your Will has been written you need to make it legal by a process called “Attestation” which means getting it signed, dated and witnessed correctly.
To do this you need two witnesses who cannot be beneficiaries in your will or married to any beneficiaries or related to any beneficiaries, they must also be over 18 and not blind as they need to watch you signing your will.
